Monday, July 13 away meet details:

• Sign Up by noon on Sunday, July 12 https://valleygators.swimtopia.com/swim_meets
• Sign up to volunteer at the meet
• Theme: Lets Luau - wear Hawaiian shirts, leis, Moana motif, anything tropical
• Arrive at Eagles Nest CC 12801 Stone Hill Rd Phoenix, MD 21131 at 5pm, warm-ups will begin at 5:30 PM.
• Parking at Eagles Nest is somewhat limited, and availability is more restricted this year than in the past. We encourage families to carpool. Street parking is available along Stone Hill Road (parking up on the grass is permitted where appropriate). To help make arrival easier, if needed, we will have a 6-passenger golf cart shuttle running from the street parking areas to the pool entrance for anyone who would like assistance.
• Bathing suit cover-up and shoes are required when entering and leaving the pool grounds. Country club facilities (tennis courts, clubhouse, golf course, etc.) are off limits to non-members.
• Valley team area will be located on the diving board side of the pool.
• Food & Refreshments options:
  • Turn House: chicken tenders, fries, hot dogs, sliders, wraps, walking taco, and more! (Credit card only)
  • Pool Bar (Credit card only)
  • Bake Table: salads, fruit, drinks, baked goods, treats, and candy! (Supports our team! Venmo and cash only)
  • No food or drinks may be brought in (country club rule).

Spirit week July 13 - 17 details:

Free State Swim League Championship meet:

• Date: Saturday, July 18
• Deadline to sign up to swim is Monday 7.13 at midnight. Talk to coaches and/or directors if you have any questions about participation.
• Location: Loyola University Fitness and Aquatic Center 4900 N Charles St, Baltimore, MD 21210
• Timeline:
  • 7:00-7:50 Warm up for ages 11-18
  • 8:00 Meet begins for ages 11-18
  • 10:30 Relays
  • 11:00 Warm up for ages 10 and under
  • 11:45 Session 2 Starts

• Date: Sunday, Aug. 16th
