1. Signups
   • For all meets, enter swimmers by noon, the day before the meet. https://valleygators.swimtopia.com/swim_meets
   • Volunteers - THANK YOU FOR stepping up and filling roles, we REALLY appreciate not having to beg. Sign up now for next week.
2. Away meets -
   • Arrive at 5pm, warm up 5:30pm, meet at 6pm
   • Navigation directions here
   • Monday 6.29 at Campus Cabana
   • Wednesday 7.1 at Hampton
3. Home meet - rescheduled from this past Monday’s cancelation
   • Tuesday 6.30 at Valley vs. Wiltondale
   • Arrive 4:30pm, warm up 5pm, meet begins 6pm
   • The sign ups you completed for our canceled meet Monday are still entered (event just changed date to 6.30). You must go into the event now to delete, add, or edit swimmers and volunteer jobs, only if you have changes from what you had planned.
4. Meet Themes
   • Monday 6.29 - Halloween in Summer - Wear a costume, have fun with it, get creative!
   • Tuesday 6.30 - Grandfriends' Night - Invite your grandparents or grandfriends to cheer you on at our home meet! We will have ice cream for all grandparents/grandfriends on both teams to enjoy.
   • Wednesday 7.1 - World Cup - Show pride for your favorite team (colors, tattoos, body art, jerseys, flags, etc). USA has made it to the next round of competition - go TEAM USA!
   • Encourage swimmers and all family members to participate.
5. PLEASE plan to attend our meet vs. Pine Ridge at Valley on July 6th! This will be our closest meet!
6. Merchandise -
   • Valley is developing an online store for merchandise - expected soon.
   • See attachment for images (black T not shown). Tax will be added.
   • In the meantime we still have :

• Black Vintage (2025) Adult t-shirt (not shown in image attached) = $10 (Large Adult available)
